Lily & Frog Policies
Return Policy: Due to the custom-made nature of all of our items, we do not accept returns. Please ask as many questions as you would like before placing an order to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges only apply to limited orders without customization.
- Customized Items include, but is not limited to, ALL Keepsake Blankets, clothing or blankets which include names or logos added on, decals for school or home, clothing or items NOT listed in our shop (designed for you by B).
- Non-Customized Items include, but is not limited to, items listed online which are not changed or adjusted to client's specifications.
Please check our Size Chart before purchase, but if a Non-Customized Item doesn't fit, we will be happy to exchange for a different size (of equal value) ONLY.
Steps to Exchange:
- Contact Elizabeth within 3 days (including weekends and holidays) of the delivery date at info@lilyandfrog.com. If more than 3 days have passed, we will NOT process the exchange. All exchanges must be unaltered (they can not be washed, worn, or damaged in any way). If we receive an item which we perceive to be washed, worn, or damaged in any way we will NOT process the exchange, it will be returned to you
- Upon e-mailing Elizabeth, include order number and reason for return. The client is responsible returning item to Lily 7 Frog and shipping cost to Lily & Frog. Lily & Frog will NOT cover the cost of shipping a returned item back to us
- Once Original Item is received, your Non-Customized Exchange Item will be entered into current turnaround timeline and shipped back upon completion.
Changes to Keepsake Blankets: All Keepsake Blankets are designed, created and sewn solely by Elizabeth. Please be aware Keepsake Blankets average 8-10 weeks (from the date you approve Blanket Design Layout) to complete. Once you have approved your Blanket Design Layout, NO changes may be made. Upon delivery, if you request a change be made of a completed Blanket Design Layout, the client is responsible for delivering the item to us for changes (and back), there is a $25 per hour Request Change Charge (hours will vary based on the requested change). We will supply an Estimate of Time Invoice. We will meet your request to the best of our ability. Payment for the Estimate of Time Invoice is required in cash to begin changes. Upon completion, if there is a difference in Estimate of Time Invoice, the remainder is due before shipment back. Payment for Estimate of Time is accepted in cash ONLY.
Steps to Change Design to Keepsake Blanket:
- Contact Elizabeth within 3 days (including weekends and holidays) of the delivery date at info@lilyandfrog.com. If more than 3 days have passed, we will NOT process the changes. The blanket MUST be unaltered (can not be washed, worn, or damaged in any way). If we receive an item which we perceive to be washed, worn, or damaged in any way we will NOT process the changes, it will be returned to you.
- Upon e-mailing Elizabeth, include concern for changes. The client is responsible for shipment to Lily & Frog. There is a $25 per hour Request Change Charge (hours will vary based on the requested change, we will supply an Estimate of Time Invoice). At this time we will attempt to guess the hours to change the design, this is not the actual ESTIMATE OF TIME.
- Once Original Item is received, we will complete an Estimate of Time Invoice and a Change Plan for your approval and purchase. Payment for the Estimate of Time Invoice is required in cash to begin changes. Upon completion, if there is a difference in Estimate of Time Invoice, the remainder is due before shipment back.
- Once the payment for Estimate of Time Invoice is received, the cost of shipping back is received and the Change Plan approved, the blanket will be entered into current turnaround timeline for Keepsake Blankets.
- Upon completion, you will get a photo to confirm everything is how you would like it. The blanket will be shipped upon completion and your OK.
